The Soundwave with ergonomic reclining area combines a 40 stringed Monochord (sound range B - d / b - d‘) and a Bass Tongue Drum with 4 tones in A, B, d, e. 

The straight Soundwave is flat, a bit longer than the ergonomic model (70.1") and there's a small hole for the nose when the person lays face downward.
