I originally ordered the color red. 10 days after my order I had no news, so I sent an email without answer and called the next day. I was told that the color (marked in stock on the website) was no longer available but that they could send me the Natural color. I agreed but I must admit that I regret a little. It is a birthday gift, the time lost without giving me news led to exceed the date I wanted to offer it and not wanting to disappoint my friend I accepted the change of color. Last thing, when I got my package I was very surprised by the state of the boxes and the interior packaging, which was very inadequate in my opinion.
