Before buying, I listened to the melody on the site which enchanted me immediately. And when I received the chime, I was very very quickly disappointed by the body which is obsolete and mediocre to suit cold countries like France. This body will not fail to crack at the slightest temperature below 5° C. It looks like a printed paper covering a wooden tube. And not a handmade engraving and painting.
